BOBY, Mark Edward:
On May 24, 2023, peacefully at home surrounded by family, aged 53 years. Loved son of Aynsley (Ann) and the late Paul Boby, very much loved brother of Nicola and Sharon, and loved brother-in-law of David and Mark, loving father of Sarah. Loved uncle of Gina, Jane, Mark and Michelle, Madi; Kayla and Jade. Much loved great-uncle to many.
"Can I get two beers please"
Thank you to the people who were involved in the amazing care and support given to Mark, this was greatly appreciated. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Mark Boby, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. In lieu of flowers, donations to Motor Neurone Disease would be appreciated and may be made online at mnd.org.nz, we know this is a cause that was very close to Mark's heart. The Funeral Service for Mark will be held in our AvonPark Chapel, corner Kerrs and Pages Roads, Linwood, on Wednesday, May 31, at 2.30pm, private cremation thereafter. A final farewell to an amazing and courageous young man, and two more beers please.

Hello. I'm sorry to hear about Mark. We used to live next door to the family when we were kids (Shortland St). I remember playing the "black hand" with Mark, Sharon and Nicola. I'd love to reconnect with Sharon who was a favourite friend in my early primary years. My name was Sonja Jeffs. Please reach out if you see this.
