The tide recedes but leaves behind bright seashells on the sand,
The sun does down but gentle warmth still lingers on the land,
The music stops and yet it echoes on in sweet refrains,
For every joy that passes something beautiful remains...Anon

My beautiful Mum, an elegant lady, private and proud until the end. Never complaining just her spirit to remain with us strong. Blessed to have time to say our goodbyes. If her family was happy she was too.
Love you to the sun, the stars and the moon and back.
Sally & our beloved Ian (deceased) now both laid to rest together at Hanmer Springs listening to the birds ❤

I'm sitting here at work Marion, watching the soft drizzle float down....your devoted and unwavering loving family gathering shortly in honour of you. I think of you right back to early Redcliffs days- your different homes- the kids growing up. You and Alan. Alan and you. Your homes felt beautiful and I was always very welcomed. As terribly sad for those who are now disconnected from you-I feel reassured, not least for them also - Alan and Sally in particular, that you are with Ian. For Ian too. Your gorgeous stunning young trio will regardless be all the more potent, compassionate and vital because of your gentle love and guidance. It is strikingly poignant, moving, comforting to see both You and Ian in their lovely faces and mannerisms.
Classy lady Marion- Very classy lady. My love to you all. To you also Alan...my greatest respect.
Robyn.
