Marie SWIFT Obituary

Passed away peacefully on the evening of December 23, 2025. Dearly loved wife of the late Wyn. Loving and devoted mum of Karen and Ron, Diane and Brian, Craig and Debbie, Steven and Gwen. A special Nana of Ricky and Denise, Matthew and Cory, Jody and Daniel, Jessica and Mitchell. Loved by her 19 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Thank you to St Johns and the wonderful staff at Christchurch Public Hospital for the care and support shown to Marie and her family. A special thanks from Marie's family to the super lovely carers over the last few years, you are all wonderful. A Rosary for Marie will be held at 6.00pm on Wednesday, January 7, at St Patrick's Catholic Church, Fuller Street, Kaiapoi. A Requiem Mass at St Patrick's will be held the following day, Thursday, January 8, at 11.00am. For those that can't attend, a livestream will be available at www.gulliver-tyler.co.nz/obituaries.
