Marie KUBIAK Obituary

The Kubiak family would like to express our sincere thanks to all who cared for our mother, Marie, during her stay at the Summerset Avonhead Care Centre. Their kindness and care was much appreciated by the many family members who spent time with Mum during her final days. Also, many thanks to our Blenheim relations, the Inner Wheel members, Father Philip and our OLV Parish community, the Polish community, our family friends, neighbours and work colleagues who joined us in farewelling Mum at her Requiem Mass and burial. Thanks to Lamb and Hayward for their kindness and professionalism. Mum was the lifeblood of our family and she lives on in the many ways she touched our lives. We miss her very much.
