On Friday, January 2, 2026, peacefully aged 87 years. Adored wife of the late Allan, cherished Mum and mother-in-law of her daughters and their partners, Jann and Geoff, Michel and Ian, Donna and Adam, Susan and Mike, loved Nana of Thomas, Elecia, Emma, Gemma, Grace, and Mia, and her fur grand dogs. â?¯

She will be deeply missed

The family would like to thank the wonderful staff who looked after Maria at Arvida Ilam for their care, kindness and sunshine that lifted mum's spirits. Westpark, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, on Friday, January 9, at 2.00pm, followed byâ?¯interment at Avonhead Memorial Cemetery with the late Allan Kennedy.
