Maria EVANS Obituary
On Tuesday, November 5, 2024, peacefully at Diana Isaac Retirement Village, aged 80 years. Dearly loved wife of Bruce (deceased), and much loved mother and mother-in-law of Roberta and Craig, David and Ingrid, Simon and Claire, special Nana of Fergus, Jamie and Emma, Griffin and Ace, Carter and Olivia. A special, loving, kind lady who will be missed. A massive thank you to all the amazing nurses over the last 12 years who have become an important part of her life. Messages may be addressed to: The family of the late Maria Evans, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. A celebration of Maria's life will be held in our Rangiora Chapel, Wai-mana, 92 Kippenberger Avenue, Rangiora, on Tuesday, November 12, at 10.30am, with an interment at Horsley Downs Cemetery at 2.30pm.

Sadly after a long health battle Maria passed away on Tuesday. Maria was a much loved sister and sister-in-law to Wayne and Sue Manning, Jan and Wayne Hawkins, Sally Croy and Gordon McCormick. She was a special aunty to many nieces, nephews, and will be greatly missed by her family.
