Maria CRONE Obituary

It is with great sadness to say goodbye to our beautiful Mum, who passed on Friday, November 22, 2024, aged 91 years. Now reunited with our dad Case Cornilius, the love of her life. We will miss your endless kindness and support, unpretentiousness and wholesomeness, you were real in this world and were greatly admired by your family and friends. Mother and Mother-in-law of Anne and Steve Gunser (Perth), Melanie and Rafe Hammett, Gerard and Sharon Crone, Mary-Anne and David Shepherd, Michelle and Keith Frey (USA), Peter Crone (Perth), loved nana of James, Melissa, Danielle, Adam, Matthew, Paul, Jason, Sarah, Abby, Lucus, and Tess, great-grandmother of Ruby, Elle, Ava, Liam, Carter, Bella, Archie, Sophia, Ben, Sadie, Aster, Ryder, Sophia, Ethan, and Alissa (deceased). Special longtime friend of Rob van Burkel (deceased). Heartfelt thanks to the caregivers and nursing staff at The Village Palms for the dignified loving care shown to Mum and our family in her final days. Private cremation has been held. We will celebrate Mum's life at a later date (yet to be advised) for anyone who would like to attend in the New Year.
