Of Christchurch, died peacefully on July 16, 2025, at Nazareth House. Loved daughter of the late Mary and Albert Wright. Loved sister and sister -in-law of Patricia and Glyn (deceased), Nancy (deceased), Jim and Elaine, Kath (deceased) and Norman. Loved aunt of Sharon, Sandra, Andrew and Kate. Loved and respected friend. Special thanks to the care provided by Dot, Nazareth House staff, and appreciation for all the friends who visited and called Margaret over the last few years. In accordance with Margaret's wishes, a private cremation will be held with interment at a later date. Messages may be addressed the family of the late Margaret Wright, c/- Hope Funerals Christchurch, 27 Amyes Road, Hornby, Christchurch 8042.

What a sad loss. 'Esther' was a quiet acheiver in a working life dedicated to the well being of Kiwis and the safety of the society in which we live. 57 years of total respect.
My sincere condolences to Jim and family on the shared loss of a kind, compassionate and understanding lady. Rest in Peace Marg.
