Farewell Aunty Marg - fond memories of you will endure - your thoughtfulness in making us feel special with birthday and Christmas cards (always our first one for the festive season without fail every year) - the 'fancy pants' that were yours and Uncle Charlie's signature birthday gift - the good sport you were when us four Rotary Exchange girls caused hi-jinx on our sleepover with you - the many visits back and forth from Chch to Wainui - and of course the famous Aunty Marg shortbread!! Your happy, nothing is a problem, attitude to life even saw you visiting us in Melbourne - you must have been in your seventies by then - and still a good sport as you roared with laughter when Bryony (4) made comparisons to the frill-necked lizard they'd seen at kindy that day. You had a great sense of humour and will be greatly missed. The angels are onto a winner!! RIP. Love you, Jen, Grant and Family - Sydney.

after losing contact over 8 years. We had been friends since 1952. My husband Vern and Charlie were friends. Peace be thine. Shirley Manning

Rest in peace Aunty Marg. We will always remember your smile and all the wonderful things you did for our family. You were always so generous with all of your sewing, your baby layette is being used by our great grandson.
