SMART, Margaret Ann - After a long battle mum passed away on October 17, 2013 at Palm Grove Christchurch. Aged 77. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Robyn and Stu, Todd, Tracy and Christian. Adored nana of Warrick, Bridget and (Kent), Joshua and (Jess), Chelsey, Izac and (Jess), Jaden, Brytt and Kyran. Great-grandma to Jade, Hunter, Jaci-Lou and Findlay. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Kath and Ralph, Graeme and Elaine. A big thank you to those who cared for our darling little mum.

A Celebration of Margaret's life will be held in the John Rhind Chapel, entry from London or Whitmore Streets, Christchurch, on Friday, October 25, at 1.00 p.m.

Dear Robyn, Todd and Tracy,
My condolences on the death of your dear mum, my "Aunty Margaret". She wasn't a real aunt but she might as well have been, so lovely was she. I still remember her unbridled enthusiasm and joy at hearing what was happening in my life, her positive outlook and her get-on-and-do attitude. Your mum was a real treasure and I am sure you and your extended families will miss her dearly but enjoy many beautiful memories.
