Margaret MAULE Obituary
Margaret Christiansen:
(of Kaiapoi). Passed peacefully on February 12, 2021, at Charles Upham, surrounded by her loving family, aged 84 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Colin. Much loved mum and mother-in-law of Fiona, Malcolm and Rachel, Sharon and Bruce, and Kenneth and Vikki. Loved and treasured Nana of Ciaran and Nicole, Blair, Loren, Hunta, Harrison and Virra, Ryan, Alex, Quinn, Lucy, and Devyn. Margaret was a much loved and cherished by her siblings and extended family in Scotland. A special thank you to the Special Care Unit at Charles Upham for their wonderful care of Margaret. Messages may be sent to the Maule Family, c/- P.O. Box 263, Kaiapoi 7644. A service to celebrate Margaret's life will be held at the Harewood Crematorium (entry from Wilkinsons Road off Gardiners Road), on Wednesday, February 17 at 10.30am.

Being a housekeeper at Charles Upham since she arrived I grew to know Margaret well.
She was a pleasure to talk to, she would tell me all about her treasures of Scotland in her cabinet and was so proud to show me photos of her family.
She would always greet me each morning with a huge smile , hug and a kiss on my cheek.
Margaret was always 1 of my favourite residents:) xx
