HOWARD, Margaret Irene:
Margaret passed away peacefully on December 24, 2021, at O'Conor Home, Westport. Aged 83 years. Dearly loved wife of Graham Howard. Wonderful mother to Jocelyn, Denise, Graham (Jnr), Garry, Kim, and Tracy, loved grandmother to her 16 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren, daughter of the late Ken and Elaine Davis, and sister to Wayne Davis. A service to celebrate Margaret, a special lady, that gave so much love, at the FW Hagedorn Memorial Chapel, 123 Derby Street, Westport, on Wednesday, December 29, at 2.00pm. Thanks to Dr Vaughan Leigh and the love and care of staff at Fendalton Retirment Village, and the O'Conor Home. Donations to O'Conor Memorial Rest Home appreciated and may be made at the service. Messages to the Howard Family, 17 Orowaiti Road, Westport. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, a maximum of 50 people may attend. Alternatively, a livestream will be offered. I was saddened to read of Margarets passing In many respects She was Like a second Mum throughout her life right from the Colvin Street Street days thru to the Studio days in Domett Street. My thoughts are with Graham and he family at this time. I am sure she and my Mum will have a lot to talk about up above ..Take care all
