Margaret HOBAN Obituary

Margaret passed away peacefully at Nazareth House, Christchurch, at 6.00am on Monday, September 29, 2025. Margaret was the beloved eldest daughter of the late William and Margaret Hoban. She was the treasured sister, sister-in-law, aunt and great-aunt of Sister Rosalene (RIP September 13, 2025), Philomena Sister Aroha (Missionary of Charity, Sri Lanka), Patrick and Judith Hoban, Victoria Hoban, Katherine, Quintin and Lorna Boyd, James, Maria, Alice and William Hoban. Her family wish to acknowledge all who cared for Margaret and supported her and her family in recent times, particularly the Mission Sisters, and the wonderful Team at Nazareth House.

Requiescat in Pace.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated at Nazareth Chapel, 220 Brougham Street, on Friday, October 3, at 1.00pm.
