Margaret CONSTABLE Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Margaret at Homestead Care Ilam, Christchurch on Thursday, October 31, 2024; aged 77 years. Loved daughter of the late Joan and Ivan Anderson, adored sister and sister-in-law of David and Jeeta, Jill and Stephen, respected mother and mother-in-law of Michael, Grant and Catherine, and Janine and Jenny. Margaret leaves behind eight grandchildren, Donovan, Jessica, Madison, Jordan and Imojen, Ethan and Sarah, Matthew, and five great-grandchildren including Philip, and many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews including Nicholas, Christopher and Rachael. Special thanks to the Hospice staff who cared for her over the past weeks and months. A celebration of Margaret's life will be held in The John Rhind Chapel, entry from Whitmore Street, Christchurch, on Wednesday, November 6, at 1.00pm, followed by private cremation.
