Marcia BAKER Obituary

Marcia died peacefully at Addington Gardens Care Centre on Saturday morning, March 29, 2025, in her 96th year. Dearly loved soulmate of the late Fred for 63 years. Sister of the late Ernest, the late Hilary and the late Norman. Loved mother of Graeme and Janet, David and Naomi, Stephen and Elizabeth, Gillian and Gerard, Meryn, and Paul. Loved grandmother of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Still a girl from Halcombe in the Manawatu at heart she lived her life as a humble example of dedication to her values and an example to all those her journey touched. Thank you to the staff and residents at Addington Gardens Care Centre. A Celebration of Marcia's life will be held at the Chapel Street Centre, corner of Harewood Road and Chapel Street, Christchurch, on Friday, May 9, 2025, at 1.00pm.
