Sharon SUISTED Obituary
Beloved daughter of Claude and Edna Suisted (both deceased), Te Awamutu, wife of Marko Tabain of Mlini Dubrovnik (deceased), treasured sister of Moira Suisted and Deirdre & Stephen Hensman, aunt and great-aunt to many loved nieces & nephews, including Cushla & Ryan Ward, and Isaac & Caleb Hensman. The family wishes to thank Sharon's friends and cousins who have faithfully and graciously supported her through her illness. She was interred at Te Awamutu Cemetery on June 6. Her memorial service will be held at Howick Community Church, Auckland, on July 5 at 1.00pm. Messages to the family: 81 Ferry Road, Clive 4102.

Have just finished watching Sharon’s Memorial online.
I knew so little of her as I joined HCC in the early 2000s but to now being witness to her the stories of her upbringing, character and life in the earlier days it was wonderful to have the full picture of this interesting and interested woman. Your family honoured her well with all her faces, treasuring the woman she was and not glossing over what physical and mental illness had lead her too.
So impressed with the opening address and the completion of a beautiful service. Kia kaka

Sorry if this is not the place but I´m wondering about the Hensman name. Were you descended from the Hensmans from Shannon as I am. I´m originally from Hamilton NZ but now live in Canada. Trying to to find out more about our family tree
