On July 3, 2025, Lynn Graeme Humphrey, after a short illness, shook off his mortal coil and joined the Choir of Angels. No audition required. Lynn's wife Bernice Marie Humphrey (nee Nordstrom), son Peter M Humphrey (Sarah Jackson), daughter Manon R N Humphrey (Will Parsonson), granddaughter Emily M R Humphrey, mother Ruth W Humphrey, siblings Daphne Rickson (Malcolm), Bill Humphrey (Soluchna), Joy Banks and Graeme Humphrey, will miss him terribly. The singing maybe not so much. Lynn goes to join his family who have passed, son, Timothy M Humphrey, father, Ian P Humphrey, parents-in-law Lloyd D and Marie B Nordstrom (nee Pollard) and sister-in-law Rhea D Friesen (nee Nordstrom).Uncle Bozo to nephews and nieces Michael Rickson (Katie), Angela Jacobson (Malcolm), Shannon Humphrey, Ryan Humphrey, Stacey Banks (Sam Firth), Erin Maxwell (Andy), Colin Banks, Cory Humphrey (Genna Scanlon) and Gemma Humphrey. Adventurous, busy bee travel companion to sisters-in-law Debbie Andersen and Colleen Nordstrom (Gerry), and nephew Bo Erik Andersen. Born on July 14, 1953, in Ashburton, Lynn possessed unwavering optimism, loyalty, and honesty. His work as a leadership coach underscored his belief in people to become their best selves. Immensely loved and respected by his family, friends, and fellow choristers.
