THOMSON, Lynette Anne
(nee Matthews):
Our very beautiful, very precious mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend passed away aged 71 years, at Ballarat Care Home, on Saturday, November 21, 2015. She leaves us, her 3
daughters, Jacqui Thomson,
Joanne Morgan, and Leaine Fairbrother and
son-in-law Alan Fairbrother.
Forever treasured nana of
grandchildren Kurt Haldane,
Chantelle Thomson, Ryan Fairbrother and partner Carrie Craw, Courtenay, and Jordan Fairbrother, and great-grandchildren Madison, Brody, and Columbia. Much loved daughter of the late Harry and Irene Matthews, loved sister of Auriol Nicholson, and Ross Matthews, and loved aunt of all her nieces and nephews.
Mum's many passions included her beliefs, her home and garden, country music, tramping, painting, love of good food, family and friends.
A special thank you to the amazing staff at Ballarat Care Home. You made mum's journey so much more bearable. In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated and may be made at the service. A Service to Celebrate Lynette's life will be held in the Northbrook Chapel,
Spark Lane (off Northbrook
Road), Rangiora, on Friday, November 27, at 1.00pm. Messages to the Thomson Family, c/- PO Box 35, Rangiora 7440.
