Lurline DAVIE Obituary

On March 23, 2024, peacefully at Christchurch Hospital, in her 92nd year. Dearly loved wife of the late Fraser, loved and adored mum and mother-in-law of Murray and Bernie, John and Mary and Faye and Paul Gread. Loved Grandma of Jack (deceased) and Rosie; Samara and Nesh, Jeremy; Ben (deceased), Daniel and Gabby Gread, Scott and Hannah Gread, adored and treasured great-grandma of Ella, Charlotte, Louie, and Harley.
Loved by all those she met and knew. A golden heart now at peace.
The family would like to thank the staff of Ward 14 Christchurch Hospital for all their care in looking after Lurline in her final days. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart Foundation would be appreciated and may be made online at: heartfoundation.org.nz. A celebration of Lurline's life will be held in our Westpark Chapel, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, on Tuesday, April 2, at 2.00pm.
