Lowell "Tom" Thomas Shepherd, age 86, of Inverness, passed away December 18, 2017 at Hospice of Citrus and the Nature Coast, Lecanto. Tom proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army. His family plan to lay his urn to rest at Pelote Cemetery, Lithia, FL, at a later date. Cremation care under the direction of the Chas E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
