Louie TORRANCE Obituary
Died peacefully at her home in Rangiora, on Sunday, May 14, 2023, aged 97 years. Louie was a hard working woman of the land, a loving mother and a good friend. In accordance with Louie's wishes a private cremation has taken place. In recognition of Louie's much loved father who was a WW1 veteran, donations in her name can be made to the Rangiora RSA Services Association 01 0877 0117168 00. So sorry to hear of the passing of Louie.
I have very fond memories of her in the 70s when she let me ride her ponies.She was always very kind and im grateful to her for this opportunity.
I spent many happy hours at her property with the ponies.

This tough little tomboy also had a 22 rifle and shot rabbits after school. Louie would drape them over the handlebars and bike home.
