Lorna BECK/CLEMENS Obituary

On January 2, 2024, peacefully at Ashburton Hospital, aged 97 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Frank Clemens and the late George Beck . Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Colin Clemens, Murray Clemens, Denise Clemens and Neil Salter, Alastair and Shirley Clemens, and a much loved "Mum" of Laurel Beck. Much loved and proud Nana and great-Nana of Karin and Warwick, Hunter, and Jessie Lill; Kelly and Nathan, Toby, and Lyra Holmes; Emily and Ben, and Paige Nelson; Dudley and Amanda, Owen, Lucy, and Hazel Clemens; Scott and Soraya, Greta, and Arthur Clemens; Gina and Jamie, Pheobe, and Mia van der Klei; and Leanne and Mike Griffiths. Our heartfelt thanks to all the staff at Radius Millstream and the Ashburton Hospital who looked after Mum with the greatest of dignity and compassion in her final months. Messages to Lorna's family, P O Box 472, Ashburton 7740. Donations to the Blind Foundation would be much appreciated and may be left at the service. A Service to celebrate Lorna's life will be held in Our Chapel, cnr East & Cox Streets, Ashburton on Monday January 8, commencing at 1.30pm, followed by interment at the Ashburton Cemetery.
