Lois HOGG Obituary

On March 29, 2025, aged 91 years. It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of the much loved wife of Jim Hogg (dec) and loved mother of her four daughters, Trish Hall (dec) Denise Forbes, Jane Noone and Nicki Hogg (dec). Adored grandmother of Tim, Rachel, Anna, Ben, Samantha and Jonathan. Great-Nan of Oliver, and Archer. Lois was a confidant to many, she had a willing ear, a ready smile and lots of love to give to all her friends, family and her large extended family, She would say "Love you, Never forget". Messages to the Hogg Family to PO Box 472, Ashburton 7740. Lois's family would like to thank Dr Steve Withington and Dr Penny Holdaway, as well as the staff of ward 1 at Ashburton Hospital. In lieu of flowers donations to Ashburton Cancer Society and the Christchurch Huntington's Disease Association would be appreciated and can be made at the service. A funeral service for Lois will be held at St Stephen's Anglican Church, 60 Park Street, Ashburton, on Friday, April 4, 2025, commencing at 2.00pm, followed by a private cremation at the Ashburton Crematorium.
