Lindsay LAWRENCE Obituary

LAWRENCE, Lindsay Margaret - Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at Palm Grove Rest Home on Monday August 11,2014 aged 89 years. Beloved wife of the late Wendell. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of David and Jeanette, Richard (deceased), Timothy and Indri, Nick and Tess, and Simon. Dearly loved and remembered by all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Many thanks to all the staff at Palm Grove for all their loving care of Lindsay. In lieu of flowers donations to the New Zealand Blind Foundation would be appreciated and may be made at the service. A Funeral Service for Lindsay will be held in the John Rhind Chapel, entry from London and Whitmore Streets, Christchurch, Tomorrow (Friday) at 10.00am followed by a private cremation.

My thoughts are with you Nick, David, Simon and Tim and your respective partners. I'm very sorry to hear of Lindsay's death. I will remember her fondly. She was a free spirit, an independent woman with a zest for life that was infectious!
