Lewis BROWN Obituary

On March 25, 2025. Lewis' family announce with heartfelt sadness that he passed away peacefully at Burwood Hospital, aged 78 years. Cherished and loved husband of Hope, precious father of Deborah, Lincoln and Ursla, adored Poppa of Daniel, Amelia, Jamie; Rachael, Yasmin, Nandi, and Ammie, treasured Great-Poppa of Elijah, Mathias, and Nikora, and a dearly loved son-in-law of the late Hope Davis. Many thanks to the staff at Christchurch Hospital, and at Ward C2, Burwood Hospital, who cared for Lewis during his illness. The funeral service to celebrate Lewis' life will be held at the Christchurch Transitional Cathedral, 234 Hereford Street, Christchurch, on Monday, March 31, at 11.30am, followed by a burial at Sydenham Cemetery at 1.30pm.
