Leslie MITCHELL Obituary

On March 16, 2026, died peacefully surrounded by family at Christchurch Hospital, aged 91 years. Adored husband of Lynda, dearly loved father and father-in-law of Ross and the late Sarah, Rhonda and Malcolm, treasured grandfather of Lucy and Lagan, Poppy, Mariella, and Jago, fondly loved brother and brother-in-law of Heather and Mikki, and great friend to very many others. A Bard of the Gorsedh of Cornwall, he was a proud Cornishman until the end.

A service to celebrate Les' life will be held at Westpark, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, on Monday, March 23, at 2.00pm.
