Patricia (Pat), Colleen, Julie, Peter, Kerry and their families would like to sincerely thank family, friends and everyone who called, visited, sent flowers, cards and food. We would also like to thank all those who cared for Les during his illness. Doctor Elizabeth Eadon, Hoon Hay Medical Centre. Oncology Team lead by Doctor Iain Ward. The Medical Team on Ward A8 at Christchurch Hospital and the Staff at Nazareth House that cared for Les in his last 3 days. A Special Thank You to Father Peter Head S.M. for his support and Prayers, the lovely Vigil and Funeral Mass concelebrated with Father Dan O'Connor.
