On November 7, 2021, peacefully at Christchurch Hospital, aged 83 years. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Mark, Eric (deceased), Stephanie, Simon and Ange, and Julien and David. Loved nan of Sam, and Zayna; Nathan, Corbin, Luke, and Seth; Steven and Ness, and Hayley, and all her extended family. Messages to the family of the late Lesley Smith, c/- PO Box 26112, Christchurch 8148. At Lesley's request, a private cremation will be held, a memorial service will be held at a later date, details to be advised.
