Leonie WALKER Obituary
On June 22, 2016, unexpectedly at home, aged 67 years. Dearly loved wife of Max, loved mother and mother-in-law of Aaron and Amanda, and Mandy and Nik, fabulous Nana of Nate, and Fin; Cameron, and Annie; Keiran, Josh, and Emily; Taylor, and Eva. Loved sister and sister-in- law of Barbara and Paul, Irene and John, and aunt of Rose, Marcus, Dominic and Charlotte. Messages may be addressed to: The Family of the late Leonie Walker, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Hurunui branch of St John Ambulance would be appreciated and may be made at the service. The Funeral Service for Leonie will be held in our Rangiora Chapel, Wai-mana, 92 Kippenberger Avenue, Rangiora, on Wednesday, June 29, at 2.00pm, private cremation thereafter.

sincere sympathy on the death of Leonie will miss her dearly as met her at COPD club two years and became very good friends and will miss the laughter and lunches we had together with the girls very fond memories and very lucky to have had friend like Leonie

Fond memories of Leonie, Barbara and Irene when they lived next door. Sunbathing by the pool, fireworks on Guy Fawkes night, hot potatoes wrapped in foil from the bonfire. Great times we had growing up as kids and cousins.Thanks for the memories.

Even though we have lived 12000 miles apart for the past 40 years I always enjoyed your cheerful emails and lovely visits when we came to New Zealand. I will always treasure you as a cousin we grew up with and all the fun we had. You will always be remembered with love.
