Leonard RESTALL Obituary

A man who loved the word of God and honored the Lord. Each time he came into my workplace, he would sing, share scriptures chat about his roses and give much encouragement. He was like a breath of fresh air. Thankyou Jesus for giving us Mr Restall as a patient at Fox Dental Car. My father Tony Fox and I were honored to have him with us. So sad to hear of the passing of Len. Len was my mentor in my early days of a PTI in the RNZAF, a man held in such high esteem and also one of the founding fathers of Physical Education within the whole of the NZ Defence Force. I took the liberty to write an obituary of Len to post on the Facebook page for ex RNZAF personnel and the Joint Services Physical Education Page. So pleased to catch up with Len only a few weeks ago when he was at his sprightly best and "sharp as a tack". My sincere condolences to Paul, Susan and families.
