Leonard Alfred (Len):
It is with profound sadness and love that we announce that Len passed away peacefully at Kaiapoi Lodge, on September 24, 2017. Dearly loved husband of the late Marie, much loved and respected father and father-in-law of Christine and the late Colin Walters, and Debbie and Peter Cattermole. Much loved grandad of Jared, Nick, and Hayley; Megan, and Emma; loved 'gg' of Lydia, Ben; and wee Fletcher.

To Gary, Jonathon, and all the staff at Kaiapoi Lodge, Dr Steve Pitman, we thank you for your care and support. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Len Fowke, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. The Funeral Service will be held in St Patrick's Catholic Church, Fuller Street, Kaiapoi, Tomorrow (Thursday), at 1.30pm, thereafter at Len's request a private cremation will take place.

Thinking of you all from up here in Tauranga.....I have very fond memories of Len.....ill never forget him driving Megan and Myself up and down the driveway at Queenspark drive in his Flash Toyota Crown, we sat in the back and waved like queens to Nana and Marie while they sipped there Black Tea with a slice of Lemon and there Buttered Malt Biscuit.......Definitely the end of an Era.......God Bless xxxxxxxxx
