FONE, Leonard:
Died peacefully at 95 years of age, on April 9, 2023, after enjoying 'a cup of tea.' Dearly loved husband of the late Theresa Grace, and much loved father and father-in-law of Ronald and Jan, Catherine and Drew, Allan and Kathleen, Joseph, Elaine and John, Bernard, Veronica and Murray, Richard and Felicity. Loved by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, loved also by his nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the St Allisa staff who lovingly cared for Dad over the past 5 months and especially over the past 7 weeks. Messages may be addressed to the family of the late Leonard Fone, c/- Hope Funerals Christchurch, 27 Amyes Road, Hornby 8042, Christchurch. The Funeral Service for Len will be held at Hope Church, 27 Amyes Road, Hornby, on Friday, April 14 2023 at 1.00pm, followed by a private burial.
