Leo BEHRENT Obituary
Dick slipped peacefully away at the Akaroa Health Centre on August 17, 2024, in his 95th year. Dearly loved husband of the late Shirley for 68 years. Very special father and father-in-law to Murray and Felicity. A wonderful and special "Grandad Dick" to Genevieve, Oliver, McKenzie and Kristi and Great-Grandad "Dickie Boy" to wee Edie, Harry and Willem.
"Will be deeply missed , but will always be in our hearts."
A service for Dick will be held on Monday, August 26, at 11.00am at Whitestone Chapel 54 Weston Road, Oamaru. Many thanks goes to the staff at Akaroa Health Centre for their love and care of Dick. Messages to 75 Rue Jolie , Akaroa 7520.

I remember Dick from the Athletic Rugby Club in Oamaru.
Dick coached our team I think it was in 1958 or 1959.
I also remember Shirley as she was very much involved with the club. My condolence's to your family. Ian Burns, Tauranga
