Lawerence,
I´m so deeply sorry that we never found our way back to each other after all these years. I tried to find you after Mum passed in 2019 - every trip back to New Zealand, my daughter and I would go to the library hoping for a trace of you. I always thought there would be more time.

I still carry such vivid, happy memories of your visits to us on Cranford Street in Christchurch - you at the piano, the two of us climbing the big walnut tree, chasing the pet sheep down the main road and laughing like it would never end. Those moments were small, but they were ours, and they´ve stayed with me all my life.

I´m sorry for the years that slipped away, for the conversations we never had, for the memories we´ll never get to make. But you will always have a place in my heart, exactly where you´ve been since we were young.

Rest peacefully now, Lawerence.
Be with Uncle Jim, and be held in the love that never left you.

Awww Lawrence. Although it has been a long time since we last saw each other you have always been tucked away in my thoughts. I know if Dad could of had his way you would of been my brother and a lot of things would of been so much different. Will be forever grateful to our cousin Reta for all the care & love she has given to you over the years. Also to your nephew Matthew for his kindness & love he has also shown you. Rest easy now my darling cousin. Until we meet again. Love Di xxxxxx
