Over an extended period of time I knew Neill as a hard working JP and Welfare Officer and management of Kaipoi
RSA. Neills judgement at meetings in my view was first class. His sudden death was a surprise to me. Neill had aged slowly maintaining a bright knowledge of the commitees and sections he was involved with. Rest in peace Neill. Alan Orchard (JP rtd )
