Kevin SEGERS Obituary
On January 24, 2019, peacefully at Christchurch Hospital, after a courageous battle, aged 35 years. Dearly loved son and step-son of Ian Segers, and Robyn and Richard Masters, loved brother and brother-in-law of Tim and Maria, Corey and Madison, loved uncle of Austin, Haven, and Clay, much loved grandson of Edna and the late Dudley Segers, Austin and Jeanette Sheate (both deceased), Dick and Daphne Masters (both deceased), and a loved nephew and cousin. Special thanks to the staff at St John of God for their care and support. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Kevin Segers, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. The Service to celebrate Kevin's life will be held in the Mt Hutt Memorial Hall, 160 Main Street, Methven, on Monday, January 28, at 2.00pm. Private cremation thereafter.

Kevin
he liked cats,
the black one would sit on his tray for a pat,
when he went out in the sun it made him sneeze,
he wore a black puffer jacket to the rugby.
He hated people stopping in their cars in the middle of the road when he was about to cross,
he was a keen observer of life and the people around him,
and his birthday was Anzac Day.
When I was 5 months pregnant I went to the wrestling with him because none of the other carers wanted to go;
he lived at his Aunty's and it had a wooden ramp and a sky blue room,
he had clear blue eyes,
I started a job and ended as a friend,
