MURPHY, Kevin Terrence McSweeney (Spud) Reg No 421066, RNZAF, LAC - On July 14, 2013, peacefully at Christchurch Hospital after a short illness, aged 88 years. Dedicated husband of the late Peg, and loved father of Paul, David, Lindsay, Pam, and Simon. Respected father-in-law and friend of Dianne, Julie Anne, Jim, and Georgina. Adored grandfather of Nigel, Bridget, Greg; Andrew, Robert, Sarah; Andrea, Michael; Grace, Abby, and Nicholas. Loved great-grandfather of Amy; Jackson; Jon, Ben, Alice; Max, and Georgie. Special friend of a small dog called Roxy. The family wish to thank Dad's GP Team at Mairehau Medical Centre and the amazing staff at Ward 23, Christchurch Hospital, together with the emergency and ICU Teams.
