McGRATH, Kevin James Frederick - On June 18, 2014, at Christchurch Hospital, aged 64 years, loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and uncle. Messages may be addressed to the family of the late Kevin McGrath, c/- 19 London Street, Christchurch 8013. In lieu of flowers donations to Ronald McDonald House may be made at the service. The Funeral Service for Kevin will be held at the Canterbury Crematorium Chapel, Linwood Avenue, on Monday, June 23, at 11.00am.
