Kevin GARNETT Obituary

On September 20, 2025. It is with sadness that Amanda and Lisa Garnett announce the passing of Kevin Ross Garnett, suddenly at Christchurch Hospital. Just weeks after the sudden death of his beloved wife, Lynda Sylvia Garnett. They have been laid to rest together with their cherished daughter Bridget at Avonhead Memorial Cemetery. Special thanks to Richard and Trish Sawers, who have been there for Kevin and family over the past couple of months. Messages for the Garnett family may be sent to 24 Meadowville Ave, Spreydon, Christchurch 8024 or emailed to [email protected] or [email protected].
In keeping with the family's wishes a private cremation has been held, with a small Memorial Celebration to be held at a later date.

I was saddened to
learn of Kevin's suddenpassing.He looked after my
Mother's garden for
many years and
continued this for me after she passed in
2022.
A fountain of knowledge and sound advice Kevin was easy
to chat to and have a
laugh with as well as
putting the world to rights!!
