BOYCE, Kevin Neil:
Rosalie, Nicola, Tim, Grant, Mark and Alice wish to say thank you to everyone who offered their love and support in the sudden loss of our dear Kevin. The lovely flowers, baking, meals, cards, phone calls and visits have all been very much appreciated. Thank you also, for those that attended Kevin's funeral; many travelling from afar. Special thanks to St John Ambulance, NZ Police, ED and ICU staff at Christchurch Hospital. We are forever grateful for everyone's kindness and love.
