Ken died in Nurse Maude Hospice, Christchurch, after a long illness. A treasured husband, father, grandfather, son-in-law, a mentor and friend to many. In lieu of flowers, donations could be made to Nurse Maude Hospice to acknowledge their exemplary care. Messages to PO Box 79146, Avonhead, Christchurch 8446. In accordance with Ken's wishes a private family celebration has been held.
