Kenneth PORTER Obituary

Born 15 July, 1926 in Grey Lynn. Died peacefully in his 100th year, on October 2, 2025, at Selwyn Village. A loyal friend to a wide circle of friends. A passionate supporter of the Arts, involved in the amateur and professional theatre here in NZ and the UK. A librarian who started his career at Auckland Central Library, later to become the Deputy Librarian at the University of Auckland. A reader for the Foundation of the Blind. Thank you to all the staff at Ivan Ward, Selwyn Village, for their wonderful care of Ken. A private cremation has taken place.
