Kenneth George (Ken):
On February 10, 2016, peacefully at Nurse Maude Hospice, aged 85 years. Dearly loved husband of Maureen, loved father and father-in-law of Stephen and Paula, Susan and Michael, John and Julie, Helen and David, Peter and Deb, loved grandfather of his 13 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Special thanks to the dedicated carers at St Allisa Rest Home, and Nurse Maude Hospice. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Ken Miles, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. In lieu of flowers, donations towards the purchase of Awaroa Beach would be appreciated, and may be pledged by registering at www.givealittle.co.nz The Service for Ken will be held in our Westpark Chapel, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, on Monday, February 15, at 2.00pm. Interment to follow at Avonhead Park Cemetery.
