Ken OCOCK Obituary
9 July 1950 – 18 October 2025
Ken is now at rest as he died in peace at Homestead Care Ilam on Saturday morning. Since the severe stroke in Rarotonga 8 weeks ago, life had been complex. Ken will be cremated privately, with a memorial service to be set at a later date. Ken was the loved husband of Fiona Robertson, devoted father to daughters Joanne and Anita and son-in-law Mike Bockett, besotted Grandpappy to Lucas, and though separated by distance, greatly loved by sister Jenny. He had a great number of friends and an active retirement helping in the community along with participating in badminton and bowls. A great volunteer and friend to all the volunteers at Christchurch public hospital.
Ken has left a large hole in our team and will be greatly missed.
He spoke of his family a lot.
