Keith James Watson CROSS

Keith CROSS Obituary

Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family, at his home in Oxford, aged 83 years. Beloved husband and soul mate of Christine for 62 years. Loved father and father-in-law of Alison and Phil, Louise and Gavin, and Joanne and Athol. Loved "Keith" to his grandchildren, Sam, Jack and Michael, Kendall and Adam and Max and great-grandchildren, Tilly, Ed and Henry. Grateful thanks to Dr Richard, Dr Jenny, Sue and Nicki (District Nurses) and the Canterbury MND team for their care of Keith and for always treating him with dignity and respect. In accordance with Keith's wishes a private cremation has been held. A Memorial Service will take place when appropriate, with details sent to those close to him. Messages can be sent to The Cross Family, c/o PO Box 29, Cust 7444.

"Take me to the mountains
For that's where I belong
Just birds and trees
And wind and leaves
And silence as my song."

Great memories of building together especially at Temple Basin
Long treks and huts over the years visited by Keith, John Robson and Ron.
In the last few years a valued medical volunteer driver for Oxford Trust and many fun gym memories and conversations. Keith you were a great bloke.
