Kaye Marilyn (nee Steel):
Passed away at home in Paroa, after a brave battle, with loving family by her side on October 1, 2021, aged 71. Deeply loved wife and friend of Richard, dearly loved mum and mother-in-law of Natasha, and Larissa and Tim Simkin, adored nana of Matilda, and Harlem, cherished sister and sister-in-law of Lynette and the late Ron McLean, Ronald and Karin and the late Vanessa, and John and Donna, loved daughter of the late Doug and Mavis, a loved sister-in-law of Robyn Baird, Pat and Grant Clark, Sharon and John Bourne, Dennis, Lynda and Tony Le Brun, Brenda Power and Ed Williams, and the late Bernadette, a loved aunty, cousin, and a friend of many. Messages to 8 Clough Road, Paroa 7805. Donations to the Greymouth Cancer Society would be appreciated and can be made at the service or posted to PO Box 81, Greymouth 7840. A Funeral Service for Kaye will be held in the Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Greymouth, followed by cremation on the Coast at the Westland Crematorium. Due to the current Covid restrictions on large gatherings, Kaye's Service will be private with invitations personally extended by her family.
