MEACLEM, Katrina Louise

On October 19, 2014, at Christchurch Hospital, surrounded by her family, aged 39 years. Dearly loved mum of Haylen, Zane, Sharna, Brydie, Sarah, Khan, and Abbagale. Loved daughter of Norma and the late John, dearly loved sister of Nicky, and Liz (Mavis), and a loving friend to many. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart Foundation would be appreciated and can be made at the service. Messages to the Meaclem family, c/- PO Box 111-01, Christchurch 8443. The Funeral Service will be held in Academy Funeral Services Chapel, 65 Main South Road, Upper Riccarton, on Friday, October 24, at 11.00am. Private interment thereafter.
