Kathryn SMITH Obituary

On January 24, 2026 at Burwood Hospital, surrounded by family and friends; aged 61 years. Dearly loved wife of Rod (Perth), loved daughter of Heather and the late Kevin Gallagher, much loved sister and sister-in-law of Lesley and the late Paul, Robyn and Simon, Suzanne and Darryl, and a cherished aunty of Robbie; Kurtis, Lani; Criscilla and Ryan. Special thanks to all the staff at Anthony Wilding and Burwood Hospital for their love, care and support. Messages for the Kathryn Smith family, C/- PO Box 111-01, Christchurch 8443. A Funeral Service for Kathryn will be held in the Academy Funeral Services Chapel, 65 Main South Road, Upper Riccarton, on Wednesday, January 28, at 1.30pm.
