Kathryn Mary (Katie):
Passed peacefully at Nurse Maude Hospice on Wednesday, May 2, 2018. Aged 39. Loved wife of Ben McDonald and Mum to Eliza, Charlie and Annabelle. Cherished daughter of Cushla and Paul Piesse, Russell Hobbs and Cecily Benson. Dear sister to Jeanie and Rene Borsboom. Daughter-in-law to Allison and Lex McDonald. Sister-in-law of Aaron McDonald and Claire McIntosh, Jac and Jason Gallagher, Sam and Hayley McDonald and a loved auntie. A celebration of Katie's life will be held at The Great Hall of The Christchurch Arts Centre, cnr Worcester Blvd and Rolleston Ave, on Monday, at 1.00pm. Thereafter Ben and family invite you all to their home at Swannanoa for afternoon tea, a glass of wine, music and reminiscing.
