Kathleen MORTON Obituary
On Monday, February 17, 2025, at 3.20am, Kath passed away peacefully at the Akaroa Medical Centre Aged Care; aged 91 years.
Loved wife of Bruce for 70+ years. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Sylvia and Graeme and Nancy and Snow. Mother and mother-in-law of Sue and Murray, Steve and Jen, and Jan and Butch. Much loved friend "3rd daughter" of Jan Macrae. Adored Nana and Great-Nana. Loved Aunty to all her nieces and nephews. Special thanks to all the staff at the Aged Care Facility, for the loving care of Kath. Following Kath's cremation there will be a celebration of her life at the Trinity Church, Rue Lavaud, Akaroa, at 2.00pm, on Friday, February 21, 2025. Messages can be sent c/o 9 Bellbird Lane, Takamatua RD1, Akaroa 7581.
